Statewide Programs

Small businesses and not-for-profits are eligible for a free audit. State and local governments are eligible for an audit on a cost-shared basis, with a fee determined by number of employees. All facilities must have an average electric demand of 100kW or less.

Learn more about the FlexTech ProgramNYSERDA's New Construction Program can provide assistance when incorporating energy-efficiency measures into the design, construction, and operation of new and substantially renovated buildings.
Learn more about the New Construction ProgramExisting Facilities Program offers incentives for a variety of energy projects including Pre-Qualified Measures and Performance-Based Incentives.
Pre-Qualified incentives are available on a $/unit basis for Pre-Qualified energy efficiency measures, such as Lighting, HVAC, Chillers, Motors, Refrigeration, Kitchen and Gas efficiency equipments.
Performance-Based incentives are available on a $/kWh, $/MMBtu or $/kW reductions to customers or ESCO's who are working on large-scale energy efficiency projects.

NYSERDA's Alternative-Fuel Vehicle Program provides assistance to encourage fleets to purchase alternative-fuel vehicles and install fueling facilities or charging stations. Vehicles powered by natural gas, propane, and electricity, including certain hybrid-electric vehicles, are eligible. Incentives are also available to encourage the use of bio-fuels such as ethanol and biodiesel. Additionally, NYSERDA also has programs to encourage the use of emission reduction technologies and anti-idling technologies for diesel vehicles.
